I love my little flat. Its cosy in the winter and really bright in the summer. There are so many nice new places opening up around St. Annes but my favourite is the lost and grounded tap room. It's really buzzy and fun and a bit of a hidden secret so never crazy packed. The location is fab, it feels really green and quiet, but temple meads is really close and the bus into town stops right outside the front door!

Wootton Road in the heart of St Annes is a popular area for those that love it's proximity of the river, with open green spaces, woodland, as well as the incredibly popular Beeses that overlooks the River Avon. Many even use sections of the river for open-water swimming in the summer months. Sandy Park Road is close by with all its amenities including the Deli @ Sandy Park, Grounded and Sandy Park Greengrocers. Just a short distance from the flat is Arnos Court park, which provides a great area for runners and dog-walkers, and the cemetery also hosts part of the much revered Bristol film festival. For those looking for more of an escape from the city, the proximity of the nearby Wells Road allows ease of access to North East Somerset and Chew Valley. For commuters, this area is very well placed, just a short distance from Bristol City Centre and Bristol Temple Meads Station. The popular St Anne’s Primary School is also close by.
