The St James Street area has developed beyond recognition over the last few years and we now have some wonderful local amenities including two amazing bakeries just a stones throw from the font door (Beaten By A Whisker & Weirdough), a stunning artisanal flower shop (Borrowed Light Flower Studio) an incredible international supermarket which stocks every ingredient you could possibly need and Gochu Gang, the best Korean Fried Chicken in East London. The flat itself is unique with its double height ceilings which gives it a stunning gallery feel and solid wood floors. The bedroom is an especially good size with tonnes of space for storage. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the front door to St James Street station which takes you into Liverpool Street in 15 minutes and a 7 minute walk to Blackhorse Road underground station which takes you to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes.
