What made you first buy the house ?
We were first attracted to the property because of its location, it is easy to get to Bexhill where I have family, and Hastings where Brian has family. 
We liked the fact that we have a Tesco store and petrol station over the road, and a large enclosed playing field around the corner for my boys to play football and let our dog off to play.
We liked the road not being a through road, so traffic is limited to only those that live here.
We have 2 good primary schools and a Doctors within walking distance and a woods behind us again for walks.
The house was a good size for our family, with an open garden and off road parking.

What improvements have you made to the property since moving in ?
New boiler
Refitted the kitchen
New bathroom,
