Owners Comments...

We absolutely love living in Jennett’s Park! With lots of playgrounds around and forest just round the corner (with squirrels that are used to people) it is truly the perfect place to raise a family. Being so close to nature was such a bonus for us during lockdown, we got to explore every path in our forest and Peacock Meadow walks are still our favourite!
We bought the house when it was first built 10 years ago and loved making the space our own and enjoying the versatility it gives us. Working from home is lovely here, with more than enough room to separate work and family space. We have quite a busy social life and family abroad and the house is ideal to have people over comfortably for extended periods of time. In the summer we love eating outside regardless of the weather thanks to our veranda that is used as an extra reception room as soon as weather gets a bit warmer. We will miss our beautiful rose bushes that were so tiny when we first planted them and now they are stunning and add gorgeous colours to the garden from May till August.

Area Comments...

Ask anyone who lives in Jennett's Park the first word that comes to mind, and we expect \"community\" to be at the forefront. From the tight knit facebook and whatsapp groups, to locally famous Christmas Lights charity displays, to the abundance of events and classes held at community centre it's no wonder people often move up and down the property ladder and stay within this vibrant development. There are also schools, a fantastic pub, Co-Op convenience store and numerous parks and greenspaces including Jennett's Hill at the entrance to Cuckoo Lane.

Bracknell Town Centre is 5 minutes away by car, and Wokingham & Binfield around 10 minutes with both towns well connected by bus routes directly through Jennett's Park. Access onto the A329 for the M4 is right around the corner and you can be in central Reading in around 15 minutes.

We really like townhouses as the layout can change so dramatically depending on who lives there and how they need to house to work - downstairs has a lovely living room that opens into a kitchen/diner, the perfect social hub, that then leads to the garden. The garden is lovely and low maintenance with a gate, and the owners have added a lovely new covered decking area off the kitchen creating another usable reception space all year round. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom, and the current owners are using these rooms as additional living and study areas. The top floor has two more double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and both with fitted storage. There's also a downstairs WC and the garage & driveway parking are only a few yards away at the end of the terrace of houses - not around the corner in another road like some places locally!
